In Dragon Ball Super, both Goku and Vegeta gained powers that can rival Gods. Super Saiyan Blue the most dominant transformation till this point, was achieved under the Training and Supervision of Whis and The God of Destruction Beerus. Even though Goku first got hold of the God Ki through the ritual, the more advanced and efficient form was later achieved by the training. Also, these training sessions allowed them to understand what God Ki really is, and how to use them.
But is this Super Saiyan Blue form the peak of it? For this instance, let’s take Goku.
So, can we say he achieved everything that could be done with the God ki or is there a scope for something greater?
What if Goku masters this God KI and takes it to an entirely new level
What if he gets an Ultimate God Form?
Recently, in DBS, The Elder Kai said he could summon forth Goku’s power beyond its limit, but since it would take at least 25 hours to do it, it can’t be done before the Tournament of Power, but the concept is sounding really interesting.
So, what is it really?
We do know, back in Dragon Ball Z, Gohan got his potential unlocked by their help, and that went unbelievably well. During the time gap between Cell Saga and Buu Saga, Goku and Vegeta kept training consistently while Gohan wasted a lot of his time without fighting or training.
Goku thrived and became Super Saiyan 3, but Gohan was able to trump all that when his potential was
unlocked by the Kaioshins. Gohan with his Mystic Form or The Ultimate Form was the strongest non-fused character in Dragon Ball Z. This highlights the velocity of the training or the process Elder Kai made Gohan go through. Due to all these new exciting events taking place in Super, we kind of forgot about this sector.
However, we got reminded about this in Episode 92, but what Elder Kai wanted to do with Goku might be more advanced than what he did with Gohan.
Because, Gohan back then was powerful, had high potential yet he was just a mortal. While Goku now has hold of God KI something a mortal is not supposed to have. Also, The Kaioshins are aware that Goku has been training with Whis and hangs around with Beerus. So, since they are still offering to unlock his potential beyond his limit it must mean they have some method we haven’t seen yet.
The Kaioshins are basically the Gods of Creation, while even with the inclusion of Whis. It’s safe to say Goku got his powers boosted by The Gods of Destruction side of the game. Although Gods of Destruction are more dominant and powerful in general, The Gods of Creation has their own specialty which they can use to help a worthy warrior level up by many folds just like they did with Gohan.
Except for this time it’s Goku, a warrior with God Ki. Someone who already got trained by a God and an Angel, and already broke bounds and previously known limits to reach this stage! Imagine the height Goku can reach, if Elder Kai really summons forth his power beyond it its limit. Given how a rusty Gohan powered up drastically, Goku would be unstoppable once he gets that.
What if the key to an Ultimate God Form no one even imagined before lies in combining the specialties from both the Gods of Destruction and Creation, if they unlock Goku’s power beyond his current limits, it’s not really farfetched to expect something like an Ultimate God Form.
Gohan in his ultimate form looks like he is in his base form. There is no overflowing ki like SSJ form, it’s all controlled. Maybe even Goku will be able to harness the power of God Ki in a more lasting manner keeping all of it within him, utilizing his newfound abilities. In that way, Goku could simply just get a bit buffed up while being in his base form or some other addition to it to highlight the Godliness. I mean Beerus and other Gods seem to be having a single form, and still having the God ki all the time, so that could also be the case with Goku or maybe even Vegeta later on. With little to no drainage of God Ki, they would be much more effective and powerful.
Maybe that Ultimate God Form can have some abilities similar to the real Gods. For example, we see Beerus is able to destroy half a planet just by moving his finger, then he has this Hakai move using which he can destroy anything. While they might not get something so OP, an Ultimate God Form could have abilities close to things like that. Making the form something closer to a true God in the DBU!
By the way, if something like that really does happen, would you want them to attain a new looking form? Or just remain in the base form?
I would be okay with a new outlook as long as it’s not just a change of hair color because that’s really turning out to be a joke. They could do something with a whiteish aura since that’s considered Godly. Like, all the angels and The Great Priest has white hair or they could go back to the classic Saiyan look but with a different physique and a godly touch to it.
