The tailed beasts are the nine titanic living forms of chakra created by the Sage of Six Paths out of the chakra from the Ten-Tails. They are differentiated by the number of tails they have, ranging from one to nine. Each of the tailed beasts have their own unique abilities, but they all share the same attributes: they have massive quantities of powerful chakra coloured red far greater than what most shinobi have, can easily transfer their chakra to whomever they choose, and can use the Tailed Beast Ball. Today we will talk about the chakra natures of all the 9 tailed beasts, starting from Shukaku.
1. Shukaku
Shukaku is one of the nine tailed beasts. It was last sealed within Gaara of Sunagakure, after being sealed in two other jinchūriki before him. Shukaku can use Wind and Earth Release nature transformations. It can also use the Kekkei Genkai, Magnet release, which is the combination of wind and earth chakra natures.
2. Matatabi
Matatabi is one of the nine tailed beasts. It was last sealed within Yugito Nii of Kumogakure. Matatabi can only use the fire release.
3. Isobu
Isobu is one of the nine tailed beasts. It was last sealed within Yagura Karatachi of Kirigakure. Isobu can only use the water release.
4. Son Gokū
Son Gokū is one of the nine tailed beasts. It was last sealed within Rōshi of Iwagakure. Son Goku can use Fire and Earth release. It can also use the Kekkei Genkai, Lava release which is the combination of the Fire and Earth release.
5. Kokuō
Kokuō is one of the nine tailed beasts. It was last sealed within Han from Iwagakure. Kokuo can use the Fire and water release. It can also use the Kekkei Genkai, Boil release which is the combination of Water and Fire release.
6. Saiken
Saiken is one of the nine tailed beasts. It was last sealed within Utakata of Kirigakure. Saiken can only use the Water release.
7. Chōmei
Chōmei is one of the nine tailed beasts. It was last sealed within Fū from Takigakure. AS of now, we don't know anything about Chōmei's chakra nature. Hopefully, it will be revealed in the future.
8. Gyūki
Gyūki is one of the nine tailed beasts. It has been in the possession of Kumogakure for decades, where it has been sealed into many jinchūriki. Its most recent jinchūriki, and the first to have any success in cooperating with it, is Killer B. Same as Chomei, Gyuki's chakra nature isn't revealed yet. I personally think that it could be Lightning release, since it's previous Jinchurikis were all from Kumogakure and hence, possessed Lightning release.
9. Kurama
Kurama is one of the nine tailed beasts. It is currently sealed inside Naruto Uzumaki. Kurama can use Fire and Wind release.
