Why do Aburame Clan usually hide their eyes?

There is not much we know about the Aburame clan as it mostly plays the support role of the plot. And its members and practices are mostly mysteries. Even from the old days, its members are hideous and only appear when necessary. And the common thing about them besides insect control is the shades they always put on their eyes. At first you might think its just their style. But the fact that none of us has never seen their eyes takes it a little bit further. Let us try to discover if there’s something more behind them covering their eyes.

Usually most people who follow the custom of putting on shades have weird eyes. And the moment they open their eyes you’d be surprised how they look like. For some other reasons this clan seems to like keeping what makes up their eyes a secret from people. Basically these guys body is made up entirely of insects, so what’s the catch here?

Its very likely that they have unusual looking eyes. They probably have insects characteristics. We have lots of different types of eyes in Naruto. And probably the Aburame’s clan could be part of them. And might play an important role when communicating with their insects. Due to this they might be similar to that of most insects. To which the clans custom would be to keep such eyes behind shades.

If it was not that much of a big deal then we would have already seen other clan members without shades. So this is one of their signature characteristics. Remember that each clan has its own identity that you can notice it by besides looking at their dressing codes. So this clan is simply recognised by always putting their shades on.

The clan has many secret jutsu and practices that universally deals with bugs insects. And most probably the clan’s eyes could be possessing specialised techniques and function such that exposure to bright lights affects them negatively. I mean amongst characters from Naruto, they are the ones with such a habit, or rather a practice by the way. So for these guys, there’s always more that meets the shades xD.
